Social Psychology of Transitions towards Sustainability Laboratory
We drive innovation in urban planning and design through sustainability, mobility and sustainable consumption, the responsible management of environmental resources, and the analysis of the social impact of the transition to clean energy.
Research into transitions towards sustainability in human-environment interactions
The Social Psychology Laboratory, located inside the Faculty of Education building on the UDC’s Elviña Campus, hosts some of the activities of the Person-Environment Research Group, which is interdisciplinary in nature. It has a long history of international research focusing on the interactions between the natural and built environments and human behaviour, and brings together psychologists, sociologists, economists, political scientists, geographers and architects.
