Yan Li

Yan Li is currently a PhD student in Civil Engineering at the University of La Coruña, specializing in rock fracture mechanics. His research focuses on the response of rock fracture toughness under extreme conditions of temperature, pressure and the influence of fluids. It uses an innovative pseudo-compact tension test (pCT) device to study how these factors affect the fracture behavior of rocks. Yan Li has published three articles in high-impact international journals and presented his findings at international academic conferences. His work has contributed to a better understanding of the mechanical behavior of rocks in extreme conditions, advancing the field of rock mechanics.
