Enrique Guillermo Maciñeira Alonso

Doctor of Civil Engineering, specialized in Roads, Canals, and Ports, Head of the Port Planning and Strategy Department at the Port Authority of A Coruña and Associate Professor in the Engineering Projects Department at the University of A Coruña. He is the author and director of numerous projects and works in various fields of maritime, port, and coastal engineering. He has conducted extensive research, presenting numerous papers at national and international technical conferences, and is a member of several research groups and scientific committees in the field of port research and technology. He is the co-author of several books and publications.
