Adonay Pinto Pérez

A PhD student in Civil Engineering, funded through the Xunta de Galicia’s predoctoral grant program. His research focuses on the development of self-healing cement-based mixtures, using bacteria and biomass ash to promote sustainability in construction. He has collaborated on various projects with the Construction Group (gCons), contributing to innovation in sustainable building materials. He holds a diploma in Business Studies, a degree in Civil Engineering, and a master’s degree in Sustainable Building, where he began his research career participating in the Alfiller project, which focuses on the valorization of reclaimed filler in cement-based mixtures.
